Roots & Routes

Reconciliation, Dialogue, and Community Resilience in Youth Work

Roots & Routes aims to strengthen the capacity of youth workers, educators, and youth leaders to foster dialogue, reconciliation, and community resilience in contexts affected by conflict, polarization, and social tension.

The project combines research, training, and practical tools to support inclusive youth work, peacebuilding, and long-term social cohesion.

  • Development of an online Knowledge Hub.

Ecoality training feedback

"The training was truly eye-opening for me, and I felt that it provided me with diverse tools as a facilitator to address situations I encounter in my work with young people."

“The Ecoality training was a great starting point for discussing climate, environmental, equality, and equity issues within our work community. The training content and materials opened up new perspectives, ideas, and tools for addressing these themes with young people.”
