Mileage strengthens the internship support system for students, higher education institutions and non-governmental organizations. The project ensures that everyone involved in the internship process – career counselors, internship coordinators, and workplace supervisors – is well-prepared to provide high-quality guidance and support to interns.
Mileage offers training, practical support materials, and digital tools to help career counselors, internship coordinators, and workplace supervisors improve the overall internship experience. By providing the right resources and support, Mileage makes internships more inclusive and impactful for students’ future careers. Additionally, the project strengthens non-governmental organizations’ appeal as employers by providing interns with valuable experiences and highlighting career opportunities in the non-profit sector.
