Co-creating Global Belonging – A Whole School Approach
Co-Globe brings together schools from Estonia, Finland, Portugal and Romania to strengthen well-being and social justice in education. The project supports educational professionals and students in deepening their understanding of social and global responsibility, and sparks interest in promoting sustainability, inclusion and equality—both in schools and beyond.
Rooted in Global Education, Agenda 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals, Co-Globe promotes inclusive, participatory and dialogical pedagogy. We embrace a whole-school approach, aiming to build teachers’ confidence and capacity to embed ethical, critical perspectives into their teaching in global education, while creating meaningful opportunities for students to shape learning processes and knowledge together.
By thinking eco-systemically, we seek to extend the project’s impact into local communities. With 13 schools involved, Co-Globe forms a vibrant international network of educators and learners sharing ideas, experiences and inspiration.
