Youth work as a Builder of Inclusion and Trust explores how youth work can build trust, support meaningful dialogue and strengthen young people’s participation and influence in society. At its core is a commitment to equality and equity in youth participation processes. 

Through dialogue-based methods, we develop approaches that help create trusting environments where young people feel heard and valued. The ultimate goal is to enhance both social and societal trust among youth – preventing conflict, increasing engagement and expanding opportunities to make a difference.
