Peace Education Material

The Institute has published, with aid from the Foreign Ministry, a book in Finnish called ABC – Ensiaskeleet rauhankasvatukseen, introducing the principles of peace and human rights education. The book is aimed at teachers and other educators to support their educational work. Consisting of 80 pages of theory and practice, it can be adapted to all age classes from kindergarten teaching to adult education. The Internet version of the book can be found at abc.rauhankasvatus.fi and the print version can be obtained from the office of the Institute for a mailing fee.
